Even though I didn't end up needing a new car battery, the guy who helped me was super friendly and helpful! He tested my battery for me and gave me some pointers. He was really honest to tell me my battery was still fine and wouldn't need a new one just yet and I could wait a while so I could save some money. On a weekday morning there were already 3 customers standing at the window waiting for someone to help them. This seems to be an honest small business who really wants to help people! I'd definitely come back here when I need new batteries! They're located on the left hand side of Nimitz hwy. there's a blue sign at the driveway so it's not easy to miss.

Called to check stock for a Dyson Vacuum battery and they had it! So efficient and friendly service on the phone and in person! They just have a small window to pick up parts and tons of parking. Staff were so great, really went above and beyond to test out the battery in the unit, explained the warranty, and let me know about the extra free filters that came with the battery! Love that my previously "broken" Dyson is like new and so affordable to replace the battery! Thank you Battery Bill for taking care of us when so many online vendors don't ship to Hawaii. You are a godsend!!!

We were a member of AAA Hawaii for a couple of years and used their service of jumping our battery once during that time. It took them hour and a half to respond and luckily, we were in a parking structure and not in the hot sun. We received a renewal billing statement for $145.00 so decided to check out reviews on Yelp to see if their service is currently up to par before we decide to continue for another year. There were posts that said they had to find their own tow, service time was pushed out without warning and waited for hours where the A/C couldn't be used due to dead battery, a voicemail message was left but no return call, etc. so we decided to cancel our membership and pick up a NOCO Boost GBX45 battery jumper pack for $147.95 from Battery Bill's so it's basically a wash. This place is located on N. Nimitz Hwy. right before Liliha Bakery. When you arrive, you need to push the call button and someone will help you at one of the 2 windows. My husband informed the salesman what he was interested in and brought out the unit, took it out of the box to let him see what it looks like. My husband knew the jumper didn't come with a wall charger so he brought an Apple and Android one...salesman said to use the Apple. Before we decided to come here, we called "another company" who sold an older model that was selling for $50 cheaper which we were okay with but whoever answered the phone was rude and didn't sound like he wanted to answer questions. We then called Battery Bill's. The woman who answered the phone was nice and helpful so it was an easy decision to drop by and buy it from here. The salesman we got was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. It pays to be nice to customers at their establishment and on the phone. Thumbs up to Battery Bill's customer service!
